Complex Matters Require More Than Legal Advice.
Parker Justice brings together investigation, intelligence, specialized expertise, and strategic judgment to solve difficult problems—quietly, decisively, and with the right people at the table.
We Find What Matters. We Build the Team. We Build the Strategy.
We Don’t Start With a Practice Area. We Start With the Problem.
The most difficult matters rarely fit neatly into one traditional legal category.
They may involve conflicting evidence, medical or scientific questions, law enforcement, public records, institutional failures, security concerns, reputational exposure, or competing versions of what occurred.
Parker Justice determines what the situation requires—and brings together the right people, information, expertise, and strategy to move it toward resolution.
What We Do
For matters requiring objective, discreet, and sophisticated fact-finding.
INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS
Finding the records, witnesses, experts, medical issues, forensic evidence, and information others may have missed.
CASE INTELLIGENCE
Coordinating legal, investigative, law-enforcement, security, and specialized resources when a matter is complex, sensitive, or escalating.
STRATEGIC PROBLEM RESOLUTION
Building the right team, challenging assumptions, pressure-testing the evidence, and developing the strategy necessary to move forward.
HIGH-STAKES STRATEGY
The Most Important Evidence May Be the Evidence No One Has Requested Yet.
Parker Justice does not simply analyze what is provided.
We determine what information should exist, where it may be found, who can explain it, and why it matters.
Why Our Investigations Are Different
Independent investigations require more than information gathering. They require judgment, discipline, objectivity, and the ability to recognize what matters.
Parker Justice approaches investigations through a combination of:
Identifying patterns, inconsistencies, gaps, and facts that may alter the understanding of a matter.
ANALYTICAL JUDGMENT
Reviewing documents, testimony, communications, public records, and technical evidence with close attention to detail.
EVIDENCE DISCIPLINE
Developing questions designed to test accounts, clarify inconsistencies, and obtain reliable information.
INTERVIEW STRATEGY
Locating records, witnesses, databases, public information, and other sources that may not initially be obvious.
INVESTIGATIVE RESEARCH
Developing questions designed to test accounts, clarify inconsistencies, and obtain reliable information.
INTERVIEW STRATEGY
Adapting the investigation when information is incomplete, conflicting, or difficult to obtain.
PROBLEM SOLVING
Reducing complex information into findings that clients, counsel, boards, or decision-makers can actually use.
CLEAR COMMUNICATION
Following the evidence rather than beginning with a predetermined conclusion.
OBJECTIVITY
The Goal Is Not Simply to Complete an Investigation.
It is to understand what happened, identify what remains unanswered, and provide a defensible basis for what happens next.
Thorough enough to find what was missed.
Objective enough to be credible.
Strategic enough to know what to do with what we find.
We Build the Team the Matter Actually Needs.
Complex matters rarely require only one discipline.
Parker Justice identifies and coordinates the right combination of lawyers, investigators, former law-enforcement professionals, experts, consultants, and specialized resources.
The objective is not to assemble the largest team.
It is to assemble the right team.
One Matter. One Strategy. The Right Team.
Strategist. Investigator. Trial Lawyer.
Elizabeth Parker has spent more than two decades handling matters where the facts are complicated, the stakes are significant, and the answer is rarely found in one place.
She began her career as a prosecutor with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, where she rose to Chief Assistant State Attorney and litigated high-profile cases.
But her experience extends far beyond trying cases.
Parker became a recognized trainer of prosecutors and law-enforcement professionals in the disciplines that remain central to her work today: investigation, evidence, witness examination, trial strategy, and identifying what matters.
Parker has trained both the people who investigate cases and the lawyers who ultimately have to prove them.
Experience From Every Side of the Investigation
Parker has trained law-enforcement officers in investigation, report writing, collection and preservation of evidence, domestic-violence investigations, DUI investigations, traffic-homicide investigations, and courtroom testimony.
INVESTIGATION
She created a Trial Advocacy School for new prosecutors and trained hundreds of prosecutors in jury selection, opening statement, direct examination, cross-examination, evidence, objections, and closing argument.
TRIAL ADVOCACY
She created a ride-along training program for the Florida Highway Patrol and continues to teach law-enforcement officers in courtroom testimony.
LAW ENFORCEMENT
Since entering private practice in 2011, Parker has handled significant civil and criminal matters in Florida state and federal courts, appellate proceedings, administrative proceedings, and police internal-affairs investigations.
PRIVATE PRACTICE
Her experience in high-profile matters has led to appearances on national programs including Dateline, 20/20, American Greed, Court TV, Nancy Grace, and Law & Crime.
MEDIA
Understanding a Complicated Matter Means Being Able to Explain It.
Parker’s courtroom and media experience has created another important part of the firm’s approach.
Complex evidence is only useful if it can ultimately be understood.
Whether communicating with a client, board, lawyer, expert, regulator, judge, jury, or public audience, Parker focuses on identifying the facts that matter and making them understandable.
The Volume of Information Rarely Decides the Matter. The Right Information Does.
You Keep Your Case. We Help Make It Stronger.
Parker Justice works alongside existing counsel when a matter would benefit from another layer of investigative and strategic analysis.
