Who we are

Chandler M. Gasser, Esq., grew up in the New Orleans area but has strong family ties to South Florida. She earned a bachelor’s in political science, with a minor in psychology, from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2016. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law in 2019.
As an attorney, Gasser’s primary area of practice was family law. She has also practiced law in the areas of personal injury, general civil litigation, corporate and business litigation, and defense of public entities/subdivisions. Gasser’s psychology and general litigation background, paired with her extensive experience litigating and negotiating resolutions of custody, support, and complex property partitions, have resulted in her obtaining dynamic expertise in both litigation and trial strategy.
Gasser is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana state and federal courts as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Selected as a “Top Lawyer” in the Family Law category by New Orleans Magazine in 2025, Super Lawyers also named her a “Rising Star” in 2025, while The Best Lawyers in America recognized her for Family Law in 2025.

Rachel Brennan serves as atrial support strategist, bringing an academic foundation in Criminology and a minor in Psychology to trial preparation and jury analysis. Her educational background provides her with a strong understanding of criminal behavior, decision-making, and group dynamics, all of which play a critical role in effective jury selection and trial strategy.
Rachel works closely with trial teams to assist with juror research, profiling, voir dire support, and trial preparation. Her work focuses on identifying juror attitudes, biases, and behavioral patterns that may impact case outcomes. Through careful analysis and strategic insight, she helps attorneys tailor messaging and presentation to better resonate with jurors.
With a research-driven and detail-oriented approach, Rachel supports the trial process by bridging legal strategy with behavioral science. She is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic support designed to strengthen trial preparation and enhance courtroom effectiveness.
